We Never Collect Personal Info
We never ask for, collect, store, or sell children's personal data. No accounts, passwords, email addresses, or phone numbers are required for children to explore artwork. Artwork submissions only display a first name and age (e.g., "Maya, Age 7") — never surnames, home locations, or school names.

Art is a delicate, vulnerable form of early self-expression. We actively prevent cyberbullying by disabling text comment sections entirely. Viewers can send cheer only via joyful, curated reaction stickers (❤️ Cheer, ⭐ Inspiring, 🎨 Creative), keeping peer feedback 100% constructive and sunny.

No piece goes live automatically. 100% of artwork submissions pass through our educator and parent review queue prior to publishing. Any photo containing identifying faces, street signs, house numbers, or off-theme content is politely excluded to safeguard the artist's privacy.

Submissions are accepted exclusively through our secure parent verification portal. To prevent any child from uploading without parental guidance, the submission tool utilizes an adult cognitive check and requires parent or guardian confirmation.
- Cropping & Metadata Stripping: Before any image is stored, EXIF and geolocation data (GPS coordinates, device serial numbers) are automatically wiped clean from image files.
- Artwork Only: Photographs must be of physical or digital art alone. If a child's face, name tag, school uniform, or home background is visible, the photo will be declined and the parent invited to resubmit a cropped version.
- Thematic Appropriateness: Works depicting hate, violence, commercial logos, or adult themes are prohibited.

Can I take down my child's artwork later?
Absolutely. At any point, parents or guardians can email info@kidsartcorner.ca with the artist's first name and approximate date of submission. We guarantee complete removal from our servers and gallery within 24 hours.
Are there advertisements or tracking cookies?
None whatsoever. Kids Art Corner is completely ad-free. We do not use cross-site trackers, affiliate ad pixels, or behavioral cookies. Your child will never be targeted with toy commercials or promotional banners.
How do you handle copyright & licensing?
You and your child retain 100% full creative copyright. We are strictly a public viewing venue. We never license, sell, or monetize any youth submission. Parents may request removal at any time, instantly terminating the gallery display.
Who reviews and approves the artwork?
Our moderation staff consists of certified elementary school art teachers, childhood development educators, and trained parent volunteers. Every piece is carefully viewed by real human eyes before entering public view.
